Núria Saura-Freixes exhibition

The artist Núria Saura-Freixes presents her multidisciplinary exhibition Berlin Pirineus, in which she brings together photographs from her journey through Europe.

This exhibition shows the artist's journey from Berlin to Farrera (Lerida), the same route taken by photographer Walter Reuter and other colleagues like Juan Guzmán (Hans Güttman) to flee Nazism and fight fascism through images . In order to leave a minimal ecological impact, the artist traveled by land, public transport and bicycle.

This analog photographic project seeks to interrogate the human being through an underground aesthetic, photographing nocturnal journeys through Europe by train and metro, and more specifically, the old cinemas of Berlin.

Opening on Friday, December 2.
